CNC Machine Operator in Brno, Czech Republic

The AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale SAS in Paris. Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanical, structural, electric and cabin activities.

For our team in Brno, Czech Republic, we are looking for CNC Operators 

Main responsibilities:

• Turning, milling, rectification (5-10 µm)
• Loading, unloading and fixing parts manually
• Intervention on tools measure with corrections directory after serial change, or tools change
• Unitary control & / or frequency of parts following control plan by caliper or jig or via CMM (3D) with measure program already done.
• Control plan / Manufacturing order put on the CNC in Czech Language (initial training necessary)
• Register of Control on production sheet and validation of first part at the beginning of the shift following control plan (Leader team help possible if necessary)
• Training of 1-2 weeks, 2 machines (2 milling machine or 1 turning and 1 milling machine)
• Type of PLC: Siemens or Fanuc

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator (CNC)
• Certificate or diploma in engineering is an advantage
• Understanding of production operations
• Attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude
• Good analytical skills
• Good English language skills and basic Czech language
